I was pre-diabetic by the time I was 17. I couldn’t stay consistent with my own health and fitness routine. I decided I needed to make a lifestyle change, which included my career & ultimately saved my life. I am now an aspiring competitive CrossFitter. I went from hating working out to it becoming my favorite part of the day. I look forward to sharing my experience and helping others in their health and fitness journey.
