I grew up in the mountains of Salt Lake City, UT. participating in a wide variety of sports including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling, dance, and volleyball. I took my first yoga class at the age of 18 and have spent the last 19 years studying and practicing various forms of yoga. I discovered Jill Miller, the creator of Yoga Tune Up® a few years ago, and was drawn to her approach to movement, alignment, and body mechanics. Through Jill I found Kelly Starrett and Mobility WOD which then lead me to CrossFit.
